Policyholders are encouraged to engage our listed Response Providers following a claim or incident, and in some cases, must do so in order to be reimbursed for certain expenses. Read more.

Claims Notice
Elpha Secure policyholders have access to and are encouraged to engage the listed Response Providers following written notice of a claim or incident. A written notice of a claim or incident must be reported to [email protected] in accordance with the policy. Elpha Secure policyholders should note that while you are not obligated to engage a listed Response Provider, only expenses incurred through the engagement of the listed Response Providers and with Elpha Secure’s prior written consent will qualify as Incident Response Expenses under the First Party Incident Response Expenses Insuring Agreement.
Elpha Secure policyholders should read the policy, including all endorsements, for complete information on available coverages and conditions. Response Providers available to Elpha Secure policyholders are subject to change.
